These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Zeny Studio, including the website, product interface, demo environment, and related services. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

If you use the service on behalf of a company, team, or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must provide accurate information when creating or administering a workspace.
• You may not attempt to access areas of the service you are not authorized to use.
• You are responsible for managing team access, permissions, and connected integrations within your workspace.

Zeny Studio may offer free and paid plans. Paid subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled in accordance with the billing terms shown at checkout or inside the account settings.

Plan pricing, features, usage caps, billing intervals, and add-ons may change over time. When material pricing changes affect an active subscription, reasonable advance notice should be provided before the new pricing applies to a renewal cycle.

• Do not use the service to violate laws, third-party rights, platform rules, or contractual restrictions.
• Do not interfere with service stability, bypass limits, scrape restricted data, or probe the platform for vulnerabilities without written authorization.
• Do not upload malicious code, spam content, or data that you do not have the right to process.
• Do not misrepresent affiliation, ownership, or authority over channels, workspaces, or customer data.

We retain all rights in the service, including the product design, software, brand assets, and documentation. These Terms do not grant ownership of the service itself.

You retain rights in content and operational data you submit to the platform, subject to the permissions needed for us to host, process, display, secure, and improve the service for your authorized use.

Some parts of the service may be released as beta, preview, experimental, or demo experiences. Those features may change rapidly, include incomplete functionality, or be withdrawn without notice.

We aim for a reliable SaaS experience, but availability can still be affected by maintenance, infrastructure events, security incidents, upstream integrations, or product changes.

We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated, if the service is used in a way that creates security or legal risk, or if payment obligations are not met.

You may stop using the service at any time. Certain provisions that reasonably should survive termination, including ownership, payment obligations, disclaimers, and liability limitations, will continue to apply.

Except as required by applicable law, the service is provided on an as available and as is basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free results, or fitness for a particular business outcome.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zeny Studio and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from or related to the use of the service.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect product, legal, pricing, or operational changes. If material updates are made, the revised date will be updated and additional notice may be provided where appropriate.
